Ok first of all you need to go back to Table of Contents. Then go to each Form page and
print it or copy it.
If you copy it you can make a list of your names and dates :
1. Tell me theName you want to see on your Calendar Title.
Common titles are:
Harold & Linda's Family Calendar
Ernie & Helen's Special Calendar
The Smith Family Calendar
This is your Full Name so we can make a file of your calendar. This way we can make you a new calendar next year and just add new names when you reorder next year.
3. One of the hardest parts to all this is getting all the date together for your calendar so I hope the Forms will help. IF you are printing just print the forms and pass them around to your friends & family to fill out and Then send . If you are copying, make a list for each form on a page by itself, then add the names and dates for each on it .

Names: Wedding Date: Both Partner living ?
Notes: Month and day is required, Year is optional. Year is required to show how many years they have been married if both are still living.
Name of the event: Event Date: Dose the event recur each year ?
Name: Birth Date: Death Date:
Notes: Either birth date or death date may be blank but not both, Month and day required. Year is optional. Two events are shown on the calendar for departed Family members, birth date and date of death.
