| Sam Gill and Cindi Gill are the instructors for the program. Their
children Nicole, Paul and Shane are very active with the program as well. Sam has been
an avid horse person his whole life. From the beginning of his life he has been
involved with horses on some level, whether it is breaking, training, trail riding,
rodeoing, massaging and daily upkeep. He brings the horse knowledge to the program.
Sam is active with the daily functions of the care of the horses and making sure
they are ready for the classes. With his exceptional horse knowledge it was easy for
him to become an equine sports massage therapist and instructor.
Cindi has been doing some type of massage basically all her life. She has
professionally practiced massage therapy for 22 years. She currently holds her state
license in Texas. Throughout her career she has been trained in all types of
modalities. She has had extensive training in Equine Massage Therapy. She has
been teaching human massage therapy for 8 years and equine massage therapy for 4 years.
She currently teaches human massage therapy, has a day spa with 3 full time
therapists, teaches continuing education classes and equine sports massage therapy.
She truly enjoys teaching and considers it to be her best asset to date! Her
teaching approach is to keep the student comfortable and confident. In this learning
atmosphere students tend to learn more and also enjoy it! |
